Overview:
You have the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of our teams while working alongside a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition team. You will be partnering closely with the Go-to-market & Corporate teams and the main focus will be EMEA region customer facing teams.

What you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Work with Hiring Managers (including Directors & VPs) to collaborate on hiring plans to meet staffing needs
  • Source extensive pipeline by identifying potential candidates through niche platform sourcing, networking, group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talent, including creating and posting Job Descriptions in the ATS as well as various external job boards
  • Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with UiPath
  • Make talent recommendations that help meet the future needs of the business by coordinating with hiring leaders to forecast department hiring needs
  • Engage and establish a strong meeting cadence with hiring leaders and recruiting peers to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, brainstorm creative search methods and search strings
  • Influence hiring manager’s decisions and consult with them as a trusted talent advisor
  • Actively participate in developing best practices amongst the hiring team and recruiting team

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years experience as Recruiter, preferably working in-house environment, ideally in a technology company
  • Experience recruiting for Go-to-market in all disciplines, while ensuring a diverse slate of candidates and smooth process
  • Proven experience in managing a full-life-cycle recruiting process, candidate pipeline and business leaders at all levels
  • Strong consultative and partnership skills, combined with superior communication skills and a strong focus on delivery of results
  • Team player attitude with a resilient mindset and passion for talent space.
  • Experience driving candidate sourcing initiatives using search engines, deep web Boolean searching, social networks, etc.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ATS systems experience
  • Results-oriented with proven critical thinking ability, innovativeness, and flexibility to succeed in changing and ambiguous situations
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills are mandatory and any other European Languages are a strong plus
