The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis plays a crucial role in our dynamic international expansion. Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire the future leaders of Celonis. More than just recruiters, we are talent advisors and candidate experience experts directly impacting the rapid growth of the organization.
We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in either Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering recruitment. The role will be based on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, based from our HQ in Munich. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.

THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED:

  • A background in either Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and talent pools.
  • End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management
  • Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates and partners.
  • You can come as you are – the fun-loving, passionate seller, who never gets shy of pushing boundaries or asking the tough questions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
  • Must be fluent in English and ideally another European language.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. The position requires fluency in English and ideally another European language, and a background hiring talent for varied job roles whether Go-to-Market hiring (Technology Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management job roles) or Product and Engineering hiring (Product Managers, Software Engineers, Dev Ops). You will own the End-to-End recruitment process from kick off, building and delivering on the candidate sourcing to assessment and offer management.
You will collaborate with an ambitious team of TA Partners located across our global hubs, our TA Coordination team to help enhance scheduling and interview efficiency, and our Talent Marketing team to bolster the Celonis EVP and employer brand efforts.
