Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

A Talent Acquisition Partner at Blip will report to a TA Manager and will be a part of a smaller team of TA specialists within a division. The TA Partner will be responsible for ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver results while working with Specialists towards their individual growth and guidance. It will be key for this role to manage team capacity and stakeholder expectations regarding the delivery itself, considering high volume objectives.
This role will also be responsible for working with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure the successful execution of recruitment processes. They will work directly with the team on specific recruitment roles or projects and make day-to-day decisions on recruitment activities offering support, guidance, and expertise, as well as tracking key metrics related to sourcing, diversity, interviewers, hires.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Guide, motivate and support a team of TA Specialists, fostering collaboration and striving for efficiency and a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, setting development plans for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from gathering the requirements with your stakeholder until the offer stage. Your goal will be to provide the best experience possible both to the candidate and stakeholder.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, senior business leadership, People Partners and other internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the team and relevant stakeholders to ensure that recruitment efforts align with the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide market insights to Talent Acquisition Leadership Team so that they can leverage this information to make relevant strategy decisions.
  • Ensure alignment and proper reporting to the TA Leadership team and consistent communication and best practices between the different divisional Talent Acquisition teams and verticals within each division.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for key stakeholders.
