As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you would be responsible for end to end hiring across Germany. You will be consulting with the business to support active hiring and pipelining for future capability needs. You would partner closely with Talent Acquisition Lead HQ to deliver proactive talent sourcing initiatives to meet business growth objectives. You would be accountable for ensuring delivery across all requisitions – many in R&D, Manufacturing, Software Development, and a range of Support Functions.
The Global Talent Acquisition organization is going through transformation. Investments are being made into a new global hiring model, new global hiring process, new social media strategy, CRM and other new technology. You would support the transformation in Germany supporting implementation, change management / coaching Managers, driving model adoption in HR, ensuring compliance, and providing new TA service deliverables (pipelining, direct sourcing, employer branding), hiring manager interview training / brand ambassadorship, etc. Joining in a time of transformation means that we are looking for someone with entrepreneurial spirit … someone who is comfortable with ambiguity as we “build the plane while flying it”.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 -7 years in Talent Acquisition with a mixture of agency and corporate experience with exposure to full lifecycle recruitment supporting commercial, manufacturing, IT, and finance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience with providing Talent Acquisition advisory to Hiring Managers and Business Leaders during the recruitment process by using data analytics and influencing skills in helping them to secure top talent for their team.
- Experience in Executive / management hiring with a track record of direct sourcing.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter to hunt for and engage purple squirrels.
- Strong time management skills in setting priorities that contribute to the value creation for self and overall success of team
- Interviewing, assessment and selection champion. Coaching leaders and HR professionals about how to select talent for both “need now” and future capabilities.
- Experience in designing marketing campaigns to attract talent.
- Agency / Search Firm supplier management and terms negotiation.
