WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Demonstrable experience gained from performing a similar in-house role, ideally within the technology sector. This will include a thorough understanding of recruiting highly technical, niche roles straddling both hardware and software. You’ll have strong direct sourcing skills as well as high levels of credibility and the ability to build influential relationships with internal stakeholders.

As well as the above, you’ll also bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of recruiting in the Software, Silicon or Hardware space
  • Knowledge and experience of taking a consultative approach to supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Self-motivated, organised and takes a proactive approach to their work, seeking opportunities to make improvements and problem solve
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable communicating at all levels
  • Analytical - uses data, market insights and expertise to improve hiring
  • Experience of drafting contracts, offer letters and conducting right to work checks
  • Experience of project delivery across diversity, process improvement, employer branding etc

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a critical role in the continued growth of Graphcore and achievement of our long-term vision & goals. This is more than a delivery role, whilst your focus will be hiring the best candidates to support our goals, you’ll also be supporting continuous improvement projects across the talent space like raising our employer brand, process improvement, data insights etc.
This is a hybrid role based in our Bristol office 3 days per week, whilst onsite, you’ll enjoy perks such as free barista coffees, food and snack. You can also make use of some of our other benefits like unlimited holidays, private healthcare, employee assistance and more.
This is an exciting time for you to join, you’ll work on a wide variety of roles across our technical departments: Software, Silicon and Hardware, as well as a variety of different projects and help to shape and develop our future Talent Acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and create a hiring strategy to support
  • Attract, source, screen, and hire candidates through an effective recruitment process managing the end to end hiring
  • Utilise & maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) ensuring timely & accurate updates at all stages
  • Adopt a data driven and evidence-based approach to delivery underpinned by a commitment to diversity and inclusion and candidate experience
  • Develop collaborative internal relationships to ensure that the recruitment strategy meets wider business requirements
  • Coach and upskill hiring teams in recruitment and interviewing techniques
  • Coordinate selection and assessment centres for early talent
  • Support wider Talent Team projects, able to work collaboratively within a small team passionate about knowledge sharing and upskilling
