  • Source top talent: You proactively scout both active and passive candidates using diverse tools and techniques, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Lead the selection process: You conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage the selection process, ensuring a perfect match for both technical skills and company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance: You make sure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, following industry best practices.
