We’re seeking a people-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner (fixed term contract with opportunity for extension). Your focus will be on recruiting for the Product, Design, Marketing, Partnerships, Data, and Customer Care teams in our Prague and Madrid hubs, as well as other key locations. Responsibilities:
- Be a Talent Partner: collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define roles, and develop hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent.
- Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, you’ll handle it end-to-end ensuring every step reflects our brand and values.
- Deliver a Top-Notch Candidate Experience: Keep candidates excited, informed, and engaged throughout the hiring process. We want every interaction to feel personalized and seamless.
- Bring Data-Driven Insights: Track recruiting metrics and provide insights that help optimise and refine our hiring process.
