We’re seeking a people-savvy Talent Acquisition Partner (fixed term contract with opportunity for extension). • Be a Talent Partner: collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, define roles, and develop hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent.
• Manage the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering, you’ll handle it end-to-end ensuring every step reflects our brand and values.
• Deliver a Top-Notch Candidate Experience: Keep candidates excited, informed, and engaged throughout the hiring process. We want every interaction to feel personalized and seamless.
• Bring Data-Driven Insights: Track recruiting metrics and provide insights that help optimise and refine our hiring process.
