Joining us as Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a crucial part of our HR team, supporting our growth objectives and building recruiting competence inside the company within the engineering and product business areas. We are looking for a winning personality, ready to roll up their sleeves, who identifies as an ambassador for great candidate experience while staying pragmatic.

Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for technical/product positions
- Together with the hiring managers you create compelling job descriptions and define the hiring processes
- You identify and contact candidates through a variety of channels - utilising your experience in active sourcing and network contacts to source talent
- You advertise the job and share them in relevant channels, including promoting through our internal referral program.
- You will act as the first point of contact in the candidate journey, providing exceptional end to end candidate experience
- You act as a talent consultant by advising our teams in their candidate decisions and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- You build a candidate and partner network for your vacancies and develop talent pools / mapping
- You support and take on Talent Acquisition initiatives / projects such as DEBI, recruitment marketing projects and podcasts
