Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Am Thyssenhaus 1-3, Essen
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

JOB PURPOSE

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is really important to us. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in a range of departments including Sales, Account Management and Customer Support.
We would love to welcome you to our Essen office, our working hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES DAY TO DAY WILL BE…

• Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activity for our volume roles; including posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and delivering offers.
• Building candidate talent pools and shortlist suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Actively source candidates for our vacancies via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, social media and other methods.
• Effectively manage the recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer and facilitation of the onboarding process, to build a positive employer brand.
• Work closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions.
