Description:

As part of SumUp’s strategic growth initiative, we are expanding our Field Sales operations in Europe. To support our ambitious goals, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.
The TA Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. This role will evolve over time, offering opportunities to take on diverse responsibilities and roles within SumUp.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Fully onboard on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives in Germany, the UK, France, Italy and other European countries.
  • Execute on the E2E recruitment for a portfolio of positions. Set and actively use SLAs to monitor and quickly act on any hiring obstacles. Ensure process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved to meet hiring needs for Field Sales agents
  • Support employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation for target markets
  • Establish efficient hiring processes from application to onboarding
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and and prioritise hiring needs
  • Set aspirational targets which continuously improve on past hiring outcomes. Use data points to identify continuous improvement opportunities

YOU’LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

  • Have proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high volume positions together with experience in sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines
  • User centricity - willing to go the extra mile to achieve a best in class hiring experience/delivery for candidates and Hiring Manager alike
  • Possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Are able to effectively manage stakeholders and projects
  • Are fluent in English and another European language (German, French or Italian)
  • Are adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an affinity for data and understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics
