ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Syncron. This role can be based remotely in Sweden or in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment within an Talent Acquisition function, hopefully coupled with a keen interest in data analysis and system administration.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various channels
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to drive recruitment strategies, track key metrics, and provide insights to improve recruitment processes
• System Administration: Oversee and maintain recruitment systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
