Right now, we need to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team with a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus on strategically partnering with our Product & Innovation department and recruitment delivery of top diverse talent.
YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
- 5 or more years experience in Talent Acquisition hiring technical roles, ideally within a mix of recruitment agency/RPO/recruitment consultancy & in-house companies (a mixture of hardware & software positions would be beneficial)
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes (we use TeamTailor)
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of how to X-Ray Search & Boolean search to find hidden talent
- Previous experience using Psychometric testing to hire candidates and interpreting the results (we use Alva Labs)
- Understanding of how to apply D&I targets into recruitment practices to continuously improve diversity hiring
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner for Product & Innovation (incorporating hardware, software, product management, design & packaging, R&D and Audio/Acoustics) you will be responsible for the strategic partnering with our leaders, delivering top talent with speed, quality & diversity in mind, significant input into effective employer branding for your unit as well as accountability for improvement projects to make us just a little better everyday.
The position will be international in nature and will mean working with employees in our HQ in Stockholm, the original Marshall location in Milton Keynes, England & other locations across the EMEA region.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the strategic partnership for leaders within assigned business units, including but not limited to:
- Understanding future hiring needs
- Creating tailored hiring strategies for each department, including but not limited to advertising strategies, interview processes etc
- Annual employer branding planning
- Talent advisory
- Training managers and hiring team in the Marshall Group recruitment process and methodologies
- Identify & own the delivery of improvement projects within assigned business unit.
- Contributing and driving various other projects within the wider Talent Acquisition scope.
- Recruitment metric & analytics ownership for assigned business unit for reporting purposes & using data to identify recruitment process efficiency improvements.
- Advising the Director, Talent Acquisition on annual budget requirements for assigned business units
- Build relationships with external partners outside of the company to improve the employer brand & processes to attract top talent.
