Description:
Are you ready for your next step as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in a fast-growing international FinTech company? We are hiring our FIRST recruiter to specifically support our expansion in Italy! While your focus will be on technical roles (SWE, Data, Product), you will also have the opportunity to support departments such as Sales, Operations, People, Finance, and Legal.
We are looking for someone to champion the Mollie experience. Our ideal TABP will be obsessed with ensuring that every single candidate has a positive experience, regardless of the outcome of their application.
Responsibilities:
- Act as strategic talent business partner to your stakeholder group: be able to influence, discuss, and provide insight on the entire Talent Acquisition process and always ensure Mollie is hiring game-changing talent at all times
- Work closely with the aligned People Partner/s to ensure open and frequent lines of communication about recruitment delivery and ensure a deep knowledge of department activity;
- Understand key departmental objectives, challenges and team dynamics that allow for a detailed gap analysis to attract and hire the right profile for each vacancy
- Directly source exceptional talent for the business through the proactive use of platforms like LinkedIn
- Work with hiring managers to build robust assessment and interview processes and contribute to the interview panel as a key decision-maker in bringing talent into the business
- Proactively and consistently help to improve our diversity and inclusion initiatives within Mollie
- Own, run, and deliver key projects within Talent Acquisition either as project lead or as a project team member (projects include: DEI/Assessment + Selection/EVP/Candidate Experience etc)
