Description:
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, and delivering high-quality candidates in a timely manner. As a trusted advisor, you will also develop recruitment strategies that align with our company’s goals and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will have a mixture of technical and non-technical requisitions and must be comfortable handling 12-15 roles at a time and working with virtual/distributed teams.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Full cycle recruitment of our global roles across all product lines
- Working in coordination with external recruitment parties such as agencies, you will own and be accountable for the entire recruitment function.
- Maintaining at least 12-15 requisitions simultaneously with a target time to hire of 8 weeks on average
- Staying within the overall hiring budget for roles including obtaining formal approvals for all offers through dedicated Slack channels
- Facilitating positive reviews, feedback and ratings from our candidates regarding their hiring experience
- Negotiating offers and positioning of employer value proposition to potential hires
- Drafting offer letters, and other HRIS related documents required as part of pre-hire
- Update recruitment tracker for to ensure key metrics are tracked for weekly reporting
- Where necessary, working with agencies for hard to fill roles and being the central contact
- Ad-hoc reporting as required including funnel conversion fates and other Recruiting KPIs
- Continuously optimizing our recruitment process to ensure highest efficiency and execution
