JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring team experience. In this position, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to our Talent Acquisition team as we work towards our talent strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor, offering expertise in areas such as sourcing strategies and employer branding. Furthermore, you will have the rewarding opportunity to foster connections and promote our company culture across various teams and departments.
To excel in this role, you must have prior experience recruiting niche commercial and sales talent across EMEA.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in recruiting commercial-focused talent
  • Broad understanding of EMEA recruitment markets and associated legislation requirements
  • Robust experience in full life cycle recruiting or within a search firm/RPO, preferably in a large-matrixed environment
  • Strong client management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM); knowledge of Workday Recruit is advantageous
  • Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels, including direct approaches, BOOLEAN searches, and networking
  • Experience in the Life Sciences and/or Pharma industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in German or French language(s) is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of specialized end-to-end recruitment within a broad geographical area
  • Build trust and credibility with geographically dispersed clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruitment life cycle
  • Understand current and future hiring needs and assess the labor market to develop and recommend the right recruiting strategies, especially in the Benelux region
  • Partner with recruiters to implement new networking and sourcing strategies to improve candidate pipelines
  • Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process and successfully close top candidates
  • Ensure consistent process management that balances compliance, business needs, and efficient candidate experience
  • Actively employ TA technology and social media platforms to attract talent, publicize job openings, and strengthen our employer reputation.
  • Participate in local, regional, global, and cross-functional projects
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
