Hey there! We’re Stay22, a fast-growing Montreal scale-up on a mission to empower travel creators to do what they love most: explore the world and share their adventures. Our AI-powered solutions help creators seamlessly monetize their content, enhancing revenue and creating truly passive income.
We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a one-year contract (with the possibility of extension) and help us find exceptional talent that will shape the future of travel tech.
Location: This position offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing for mostly remote work with the requirement to be in the Montreal office, located in the heart of the Plateau, one day per week.

Your Mission:

  • Sourcing & Attracting Champions: Develop creative strategies to identify and engage top talent. Dive into online platforms, social media, and industry events to build a strong pipeline. Craft compelling job descriptions and communications that showcase our unique culture and brand.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process for technical (65%) and non-technical roles (35%). Conduct insightful screening interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and growth potential. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide them towards hiring success.
  • Building Relationships: Foster positive experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Become a trusted advisor and Stay22 ambassador.
  • Employer Branding & Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and HR to shape our employer brand and EVP. Contribute to our recruitment marketing strategy, suggest improvements to our career page, and recommend industry events where we can shine.
  • ATS Ownership: Lead the implementation and optimization of our new ATS (Hibob or Greenhouse). Train and support hiring managers, automate processes, and own reporting and KPIs.

What You Bring :

  • Recruitment Expertise: 2+ years of experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical roles.
  • Tech Industry Knowledge: You understand the tech landscape and keep your finger on the pulse of emerging trends.
  • Communication Skills: You’re a bilingual (French & English) communicator who can build rapport with anyone.
  • Passion & Drive: You’re proactive, results-oriented, and genuinely excited about connecting people with their dream careers.
  • Tech-Savviness: You embrace technology and love finding new ways to improve processes. You’ve got experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, HR, Commerce, or similar) is preferred but not required.
