The Role:
As a result of an internal movement, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a strong background in bulk recruitment for a 11-month (until July 2025) maximum term period.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Volume Manager this role is essential in supporting Anglicare’s mission by ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the right talent efficiently to meet workforce requirements to support of our residential aged care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-volume recruitment across Anglicare’s Residential aged care for volume positions including Carers, Nursing, Hospitality and Lifestyle carers
- Partner with Hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing, facilitating group assessment centres, background checks to onboarding.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods including AI to build talent pipelines and reduce time-to-hire.
- Provide talent advice and insights on market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with Anglicare’s Christian mission and values.
About You:
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition role with a focus on bulk recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and organisation skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (Workday will be a bonus)
