Salary: Up to £37,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Glasgow West office, Hybrid working 50% from office

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit with Purpose: Proactively manage the recruitment process, leveraging your sourcing skills to find hidden gems and using social media to engage with potential candidates.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide and coach hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment process every step of the hiring process, ensuring it’s fair and unbiased.
  • Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Work closely with your team to ensure every candidate feels valued and informed throughout their journey with us.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Partner with People & Culture Business Partners and hiring managers to understand their needs and help them attract the best talent.
  • Champion Volvo Group Brands: Immerse yourself in our brand culture and share it with potential employees through creative employer branding content.
  • Measure Success: Report on key recruitment metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve our processes.
