YOUR NEW TEAM

You will be part of the Group HR team which consists of 23 employees including 3 student assistants. We handle the full employee HR life cycle from talent acquisition to data management, and employer branding to leadership training.
In Talent Acquisition we are 7 colleagues who are supporting the global organization in all talent acquisition areas. By working collaboratively, we value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other be successful.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of recruitment projects for various position types. You will be responsible for selected business areas, including our growing IT department, where you will be the primary sparring partner for hiring managers in relation to talent acquisition.
In the appointed business areas, you will get the responsibility of the entire recruitment process from starting up the recruitment to an employment contract being signed whilst striving to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process. The candidates we recruit are typically international profiles with a specialist or manager background. At the same time, you will be a tactical partner, with whom the managers can discuss talent acquisition and the future talent needs in their departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner up with Hiring Managers and drive end-to-end recruitment projects including:
  • Drafting job ads and advising on sourcing strategies
  • Search and selection using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Screening and interviewing candidates with the hiring manager
  • Conducting psychometric and personality assessments
  • Be a trusted advisor regarding different processes such as; critical positions, team collaboration training, talent review, succession planning, etc.
  • Work with your assigned areas in different countries, primarily in Europe
  • Work on / lead projects related to Talent Acquisition

TO THRIVE IN THE ROLE WE IMAGINE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES

  • You have relevant experience from a similar position and within IT recruitment.
  • You are used to managing many different and sometimes complex recruitment processes in parallel
  • You have experience with partnering with managers and providing advice
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are fully proficient in English
