The Opportunity
We are growing the Romanian talent acquisition team, and currently, you’ll have 3 local recruiters and a TA Lead welcoming you, on top of co-workers from all over the globe. In this role, you’ll report to the TA Team Lead and focus on delivering the best candidate and hiring manager experience within the region.
You are the ambassador of our technology and product culture, and you will be the first point of contact for our future employees.
Your home base is the office in Bucharest, Romania, where you will team up with HR and hiring teams to deliver the best candidate experience out there.
Your focus will be to ensure our local hiring needs in Romania, especially by bringing your expertise in financial and technical recruitment..
We are looking for an organized, innovative, and commercially savvy colleague that is encouraged to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- You actively take care of sourcing and attracting candidates by using social and digital media
- You screen candidates for open positions and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
- You take care of your talent pools and enjoy candidate communication
- You collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs and sourcing strategies. In other words, you’re the dedicated talent partner they have been waiting for!
- You handle your job requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
- You pursue local and digital employer branding activities, including job fairs and campus events together with your colleagues
