To support our continued growth, we are looking for a new team member to lead our recruitment and retention with a focus on the attraction and engagement of new Care Professionals based on their values and commitment to our mission. This role will require you to work every 4th Saturday with a day off the following Friday.
Job Description
Objective:
To ensure recruitment of high-quality Care Professionals with focused and effective strategies for engagement and retention. Drive and oversee the marketing of Home Instead through networking, both in person, media and print client and care professional.
To proactively source, select and build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Care Professionals.
To deliver a responsive end to end recruitment service that incorporates a great candidate and employee experience.
Ensuring Home Instead is an employer of choice in the local community.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment activity ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators and Franchise Standards.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns online and within the local community.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience creating a positive and engaging proposition.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of sources which produce high quality candidates.
  • Develop own networks for sourcing candidates within the local community.
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Support candidate selection activities.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of recruitment related information using the SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Utilise recruitment data to make informed decisions regarding recruitment approach.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
  • Proactively monitor and support a positive care pro experience through various activities and surveys.
