This position works out of our Warsaw, Poland location in the EMEA Talent Acquisition Division.
Abbott’s Talent Acquisition team is a global organization supporting global hiring, executive recruitment, Early Careers, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Now - we are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team for a 4-month assignment. In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and proactively identify candidates through various techniques.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree is desirable
- Excellent English is a must; additional EMEA languages like German are a plus
- Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment
- Proficiency in databases, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms.
- Highly engaged team member with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with recruitment technologies is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to find passive candidates using various methods.
- Use your detective skills to find the best candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
- Drive specialized marketing campaigns to build talent communities in our CRM.
- Assist TA Managers and Recruiters with pipelining, market mapping, and candidate sourcing.
- Manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
- Provide best practices, industry trends, and market intelligence to Senior Recruiters and client teams for strategic planning.
