We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Device recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support hiring priorities. With the scope across all disciplines, this integral role will be responsible for the delivery of the best talent to the organization. The Talent Scout will build deep networks in the external candidate markets, by identifying and engaging with highly sought after talent, and inspiring them to join our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and deliver passive talent aligned to position rubric for technical experience and competencies.
  • Leverage talent intelligence and data driven insights with an intentional focus on inclusion, diversity & equity.
  • Manage confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Human Resource Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to foster an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Medical Device sourcing and recruiting experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels, including social media campaigns and direct outreach, associations, networking, alumni associations, specialized career sites, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Workday and/or other robust Applicant Tracking Systems.

    Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge all Medical Device skill sets, including R&D, Engineering, IT, Regulatory & Quality, Manufacturing and Commercial.

  • Strong organizational skills with diligence, systems, and processes.
  • Proven capability to work independently and on a multi-functional team.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Exhibit a high level of personal ownership, confidentiality, and flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and people skills, having the gravitas to build relationships at all levels
