We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who is eager to learn and actively contribute to the talent sourcing function at Ferring. Our mission is to build strong and diverse talent pipelines to meet our growth agenda and we count on your willingness to learn the best sourcing techniques to achieve it. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the screening and recruitment coordination area.

Your day at Ferring

  • Collaborate on sourcing and interaction with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Help to identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers across Europe to understand their needs and translate these into deliverables.
  • Assist on building, growing and nurture talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Apply consistency in the sourcing process and ensure the best candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Collaborate in the screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates’ eligibility for our roles.
  • Participate in phone screenings’ process and reference checks.
  • Provide support with interview scheduling.

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in Social and Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is a plus but not mandatory
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Good proficiency in any of this languages is highly valuable - German or French
  • Interest and desire to learn and develop in the Talent Acquisition area
  • Good sense of humor
  • Positive and a “roll up sleeves” mindset
  • A bias towards quality of hire
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team and environment
