Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping hiring manager find quality talent on time while working in close collaboration with Sourcing specialist. Being aware of latest market/talent trends and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders is critical in building trust and adding value as a business partner. You will assist in driving best practice across the talent acquisition life cycle. You will be recruiting across a variety of different roles and teams - from sales, finance to PAs and Business Partners. It is a very varied role to work closely with some of _VOIS’s most senior stakeholders.
- Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders/ hiring managers
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process and lead the successful fulfilment of open requisitions with hiring managers.
- Follow up on interview process status & timely update candidate records on Applicant tracking System (ATS)/Eightfold/ SuccessFactors
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need
- Spearhead effective offer management, collaborating with hiring teams to deliver compelling and competitive offers while aligning with organisational policies and market benchmarks.
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
