REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:

  • A Bachelor’s degree qualification.
  • At least 4 years of relevant IT recruiting experience.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • A seasoned recruiter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced working in a large and diverse team; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
  • IT savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for complete recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management, pre-hiring activities, satisfaction survey, to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with multiple parties to develop and deliver recruitment strategy and framework suited for the service recipients. Support the talent pipeline processes through gathering of local market talent insights, managing sourcing/recruitment channels, creating internal candidate data pools, and supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Liaise with external recruitment agencies, as required.
  • Work closely with Procurement team to effectively manage vendors - including service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and invoice processing.
  • Identify process improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities, prepare business case and participate in digitalization and process optimization implementation.
  • Continuously review and maintain knowledge documents in areas of expertise.
  • Prepare/translate local language HR communication materials, when necessary.
  • Guide and train junior team members.
