JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team in the UK. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and department leaders to develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire top professional talent across the country and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for all professional positions, from initial outreach to interview and final offer.
- Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, Workday, and Loop to build and manage unique candidate pipelines.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, obsessing over every detail to create a magical journey.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity, proactively share updates with all stakeholders, and use insights to continuously improve the recruiting process.
- Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
- Attention to Detail: Execute detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy.
