Description:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and execute sourcing strategies using various channels
  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process, from business unit requirements through to hire
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience associated with the brand
  • Foster internal and external relationships
  • Be knowledgeable through successful placements, reporting and presenting data through market insights to bring back to the business and stakeholders.
  • Able to effectively problem solve and make informed decisions across deliverables, timelines and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/HR or related disciplines
  • Min 3-6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house talent acquisition), preferably within medical device, healthcare, pharma industry
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to identify and address recruitment challenges creatively and efficiently
  • Strong time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to foster internal and external relationships and manage competing demands
