Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from briefing, and screening to interviews and reference checks
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and deliver strategic sourcing plans
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates
- Work proactively to build and manage talent pools
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and early career pipeline development
