ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support complex staffing projects, using various sourcing channels: Alstom own candidate data base , Alstom Careers, Social media (LinkedIN), head hunting, Hiring Manager networking, external job boards, employee referral schemes
- Manage Recruitment Projects: Identify, assess and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, based on provided job description within a technical recruiting environment.
- Acquire a thorough technical understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
- Identify and implement relevant sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members across our Regions.
- Develop an ongoing and diverse Talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
- Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
- Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
- Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes (Candidate Database)
- Resume conversion and application maintenance
- Assist the HRBP and Hiring Manager with job requisition / description development, as well as job postings on relevant social media and job boards. Ensure follow up and external job posting maintenance, contributing to the Global Employer Branding strategy
- Provide Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners with weekly updates and summaries of recruiting progress and activity
- Work with Hiring Manager and HRBP to determine best fit candidates for further candidate assessment by local recruiters.
- Prepare quarterly surveys and communicate the analyses with the stakeholders.
- Build talent pipeline through Talent Mapping projects for specific skills
- Provide integrated HR solutions through periodic review of the Resourcing Sharepoint, our existing documents, Templates, Presentations
EXPERIENCE
Mandatory:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Multicultural work experience international and matrix organisations
- Solid experience working with Social Media (LinkedIn: LinkedIn Recruiter) and HRIS.
- Solid understanding of recruiting metrics & SLAs
- Solid experience with candidate sourcing & selection, specifically for Engineering & Technical profiles
- Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluent in the French and English languages, written and spoken
