We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience for various positions, including IT and Sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2+.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitments projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with recruiting managers.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the company.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
