Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with high volume recruitment across a wide range of positions from top of funnel through to offer.
  • You must possess a relentless ability to produce a consistently high volume of reach-outs to targeted passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for sales roles is a must.
  • Experience recruiting internationally, specifically in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are creative and can think out of the box to source candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
  • You are familiar with sourcing with recruitment platforms

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Apryse is growing and we’re looking for a self-motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about attracting and retaining the best possible talent. You’ll join a fast-paced environment working closely with our People team supporting Apryse’s ambitious growth plans. You will partner with different leadership groups as an expert and point person, develop improvements, and help ensure an excellent candidate experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting for all different types of roles (software engineers, sales, marketing, executives, finance and operations etc.) locally and across EMEA and APAC
  • Proactively source and prospect candidates through available tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter) to develop qualified candidate leads for Apryse
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their hiring goals.
  • Drive all recruiting activities related to sourcing and screening applicants, coordinating and scheduling interviews, as well as coordinating with hiring managers for closure.
  • Identify and utilize creative sourcing options to develop leads and drive applicant flow.
  • Develop interview questions and conduct phone screens that address key competencies of job requisitions, and pre-qualify active and passive candidates.
  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers generating applicable offer documents and successfully closing candidates.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
