As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, working with stakeholders and supporting hiring.

The successful candidate will live within commutable distance of our office in Saint Laurent, Montreal, working in a hybrid work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruiting and selection process (creating and updating job descriptions, screening resumes, telephone interviews, and virtual interviews) for technical and corporate vacancies internationally
  • Setting up the intake call with hiring managers
  • Proactively searching for the candidates on LinkedIn and other resources
  • Strategically thinking out of the box when it comes to finding passive candidates
  • Responsible for identifying and implementing recruitment strategies and branding to promote our brands
  • Collaborating with the Management team to identify hiring needs in advance
  • Coach hiring Managers on interview techniques and best practice
  • Support high-volume recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be an expert in knowing the market and business needs
  • Initiate processes and provide exceptional candidate experience
  • Performing additional job duties as assigned

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in full cycle end-to-end technical and corporate recruitment with both high volume and niche roles is essential
  • At least a bachelor’s degree is essential
  • At least a professional level of English and French, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Previous recruitment experience in an “in-house” position, where you enjoyed being the advisor to your stakeholders
  • An advocate for candidate experience excellence and consider this in every decision you make
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic-thinking, decision-making, time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Experience with recruitment processes and platforms
  • An additional European language skill set would be highly advantageous
  • Experience hiring internationally would be an asset
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
