Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, a keen eye for identifying potential, and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AUTO1 Group, you will play a critical role in shaping our team and driving our growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the automotive or technology industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Portuguese as a first language (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
    Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
