As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Develops and posts ads on career websites and with newspapers; continually seeks out other recruitment and advertising sources
- Coordinates college recruitment initiatives and attends job fairs
- Updates and distributes internal job posting weekly, based on requests for recruitment received
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with hiring managers, as well as communicates routinely regarding staffing needs and issues
- Responsible for full recruiting life cycle including sourcing applicants, reviewing applicants, providing guidance and recommendations to hiring managers, completing pre-employment reference/background checks, and following up with candidates not selected
- Maintains all pertinent applicant and interview data as per federal and state regulations; Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
- Maintains personnel files in accordance with Catholic Charities standards and state and federal regulations
Talent Acquisition Specialist Minimum Salary: $25.00
Talent Acquisition Specialist Maximum Salary: $25.00
Talent Acquisition Specialist Schedule: Monday - Friday (35 hours/week)
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field REQUIRED
- OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field PREFERRED
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population REQUIRED
- Previous experience recruiting for an OPWDD regulated facility PREFERRED
