Develops and provides guidance on hiring and employee selection practices, technology enablers and policies. Recruits experienced, university, and intern hires.
Supports medium sized clients/customers and makes significant contributions to more complex projects under periodic supervision. General knowledge of the work function and Chevron’s practices.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position through July 22, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitates the end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure a positive experience for applicants, hiring supervisors and other business partners;
  • Does proactive market research to understand talent availability and trends in talent acquisition;
  • Collaborates with business HR operations and the business supported to understand their strategies, business priorities and talent requirements;
  • Develops and implements short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans;
  • Leverages Workday, Eightfold, ServiceNow and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques and platforms to identify and secure top talent;
  • Partners with hiring supervisor and business HR operations in offer stage and processing necessary system steps;
  • Identifies trends and opportunity areas to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction;
  • Provides recruitment and selection support to other business accounts when necessary;
  • Manages talent acquisition related projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of specialization
  • Strong background in handling multi level technical positions like Information Technology
  • Proven strong talent acquisition track record
  • Volume hiring experience and vendor management
  • Demonstrated strong partnership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management and strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple deliverables with competing target timelines
  • Amenable to hybrid work set up
  • Amenable to day and mid-shift work schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in doing market research to understand talent availability
  • Previous exposure in supporting global accounts and providing talent consulting and advisory services
  • Background in hiring corporate roles
  • Background in talent acquisition metrics generation and reporting

Relocation Options:
Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
International Considerations:
Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
