Description:

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Reports to: HR Manager
Function: HR
Location: Knowsley
Job Purpose: To manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from identifying and attracting top talent to successfully onboarding new hires. To develop effective recruiting strategies and to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and social media.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles to ensure timely recruitment when vacancies arise.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment status and feedback on candidates.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to promote Clarke Energy as an employer of choice through various platforms and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with external recruitment agencies, negotiating terms and managing performance.
  • Manage offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and report to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies.
