THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is an exciting time for VML Enterprise solutions, due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist in either our Poland or Portugal offices to work alongside the Talent Team. You will be responsible for a high volume of permanent, contract and freelance positions across our EMEA locations.
Joining as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working alongside the global VML ES talent team and internal stakeholders across our demographics, making sure you fully understand the business needs before taking the roles strategically to market.
You will be expected to manage the full end to end recruitment process, so a confident and consultative approach is required with a focus on identifying mainly technical resources.

You will support our talent initiatives and requirements across our following offices and countries:

  • UK
  • Portugal
  • Poland
  • South Africa
  • Hungary

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

  • Proven track record in IT and Technology recruitment; preferably in-house but RPO and agency is also considered
  • Demonstrated ability of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a broad range of technical and digital positions across the whole project life cycle
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little direction
  • Excellent working knowledge of Boolean searches
  • Working knowledge of popular job boards and social media sites (Such as LinkedIn)
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business at all levels
  • Highly developed executive search skills (e.g. attraction and selection of talent)
  • Work with hiring managers to create and maintain formal job descriptions
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices
  • Strong time management experience with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruitment reports
  • IT Skills (Word, Excel)
  • An interest in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends and savvy enough to “talk shop” with technical people

  • Xray searching and advanced searching methodologies
  • Previous experience recruiting the following Technical specialisms: Cloud, Data, Insight and Analytics, AI or Commerce Platforms
  • Experience of working with GreenHouse (ATS)
  • Previous experience working in a Multi geographic organisation

In our Lisbon or Porto office, you’ll join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other. The team is part of our Enterprise Solutions network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn and social media
  • Conduct primary telephone interviews, Ensuring thorough qualification that meet the requirement
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring they are kept regularly up to date with changes and developments to the vacancies
  • Collaborate with wider talent team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Building and maintaining talent pools and market knowledge
  • Ensure candidate experience is paramount and they feel connected to our culture, values and purpose.
  • To focus on achieving the monthly and annual target for the team, actively working on vacancies to maintain low agency spend.
  • Create innovative ways to attract future talent such as organising tech meets ups and finding new recruitment tools
  • Maintain recruitment CV database – Greenhouse
  • Responsibility for completing any recruitment administration
