QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, within the GCC region
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Experience in employer branding and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring in the United Arab Emirates
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing candidates. This is an on-site role.
