Ferring+You
You will be accountable for bringing great talent into Ferring while ensuring a high-quality experience for all parties. Together with the TA Sourcing team, you will support TA Partners and Hiring Managers across Europe to understand their needs and recruit the best talent.
Your day at Ferring
- Understanding the business needs and establishing a solid recruitment strategy for each role.
- Sourcing and assessing talents (internal and external).
- Pipeline building: developing diverse pools of talent for future growth.
- Assessing, interviewing and selecting talent.
- Decision and offer management.
- Mentoring the Sourcing team.
- Partner and consult with HR, TA Sourcing and the business to understand needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
- Drive consistency in the sourcing process and ensure a best candidate experience.
- Challenge hiring managers about talent assumptions
- Meet Global Talent Acquisition goals for time-to-source, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
- Build, grow, and nurture talent pipelines and keep our candidate database current.
- Proactively look for innovative ways to recruitment and attract candidates and continuously build our employer brand.
- Represent Ferring in University Relations activities.
- Coach the Sourcing team, contribute to their learning and development through training and mentoring.
- Flex and adapt with projects and assignments as business needs shift and evolve.
Behind our innovation… There’s you
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or a related field is required.
- 2 years of experience in recruitment within a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English and Czech is a must
- Experience sourcing with a Diversity & Inclusion lens.
- Experience in partnering, developing, and leading the implementation of effective sourcing strategies that supports aggressive business goals.
- Ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment, a problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, a strong decision-maker.
- Ability to activate and guide others without formal authority (i.e. no formal reporting lines).
- Sensitivity to local employment laws and their interdependencies with the candidate lifecycle.
