ROLE SUMMARY:
DBD is a rapidly expanding engineering and advisory consultancy, with projects spanning across nuclear sites in the US, UK Civil, and UK Defense sectors.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. Over the past two years, we’ve doubled our headcount year on year, and now we need someone who shares our vision for expansion and excellence.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working closely with our high-performing team, managing live vacancies for various DBD projects and supply chain demands in both UK and overseas locations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Developing and maintaining talent pipelines for key areas such as Engineering, Programme Delivery, Safety, and Digital.
- Actively sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from the initial contact with candidates through to the offer stage and onboarding.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to forecast future resource needs and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.
- Contributing to DBD’s key initiatives including driving referrals, DEI, graduate talent development, and more.
