WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our regional recruitment team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist eager to cooperate within CE region in fast driven consulting environment. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing across various technologies, screening, and recruiting best talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers from different countries to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
We are looking for candidates with:
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT, Cyber Security and Consulting area
- Understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates and achieving recruitment goals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
- Fluent English
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across CE region to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and approaches.
