Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job postings, identifying, and sourcing qualified candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews (both in-person and virtual), completing reference and background checks, and extending job offers.
  • Leading and executing the Firm’s campus recruitment strategy, aligning efforts with overall business needs and growth plans.
  • Designing, implementing, and evolving a recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and actively sharing strategic updates with appropriate individuals.
  • Enhancing the Firm’s employer brand by partnering with Marketing for the strategic use of social media and other marketing tools, creating engaging content and actively participating in branding initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of both active and passive candidates, working collaboratively with key internal individuals and external partners to ensure a flow of talent.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with Managers, Partners, and other senior leaders across the Firm, as well as with external networks, agencies, and other third-party resources.
  • Organizing and attending campus recruitment events, actively representing the Firm and cultivating long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Advising and supporting internal HR initiatives beyond recruitment, and taking on responsibilities such as onboarding, implementing, and maintaining the recruitment portion of the HCM, and delivering recruitment and interview training.
