    About The Role:
    We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment while contributing to the recruitment cycle.

Duties include:

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment on active roles including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
  • Improve the speed to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Manage all stages of the process including shortlisting, phone screening, booking interviews, responding to candidates and ensuring appropriate assessments and checks are completed.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources such as job boards, networking events/ career expos and talent pools.
  • Ensure the candidate experience is aligned to the employee value proposition.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition role with experience in disability services, blue collar or volume recruitment an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and guidance to empower managers to make informed selection decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated capacity to facilitate job / organisation / culture fit of candidates that delivers on quality of hire outcomes.
