CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team to help us to hire candidates for all departments of FEG, with a focus on Tech positions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the goal of this role is to support Managers in hiring talented people and handling the entire process and the business as well.
Responsibilities:
Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment activities and, if needed, source candidates using relevant tools (Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
- Build a pipeline of relevant candidates on the market
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and provide pre-hire care and support
- Stakeholder management: build & maintain a trusted partnership with your hiring managers and their teams
- Understand their needs and be ready to advise them in recruitment. Be ready to go the extra mile and deliver coaching and training concerning hiring skills to your managers.
- Suggest improvements to existing systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- Taking part in various projects connected with Talent Acquisition
