Description:
Salonkee is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the recruitment process from A-Z. Your main target will be the hiring of Sales representatives in Belgium and other regions to accelerate Salonkee’s growth and market position. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for the organisation. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and implement effective recruitment strategies for your region.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including proactive sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment branding initiatives for the regions
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels and platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates. Leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Interviewing and Selection: Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone screens, video interviews, and in-person meetings. Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Advise and guide hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate effective talent acquisition processes.
