Job Description
Fugro is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering internal recruitment and recommending recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and local HR Management and Advisors to ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UK and support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver internal recruitment and recommend recruitment strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and local HR Management and Advisors.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a coherent approach to recruitment across the UK.
  • Support a smooth onboarding process for candidates.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive previous recruitment experience in a similar role, including direct sourcing.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source active and passive candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Extensive experience in interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Fully conversant with employment laws, practices, and Immigration Regulations pertaining to the recruitment process.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
