JOB MISSION:

Based in our Amsterdam office we are hiring for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a multitude of vacancies, across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will support hiring managers with shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates directly, and negotiating offers. We are looking for a positive brand ambassador with a drive to deliver exceptional service.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan, driving the full recruiting process.
  • Screen candidates and build effective shortlists for all roles.
  • Arrange interviews and selection processes.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage expectations to internal stakeholders.
  • Utilise all recruiting tools and channels to build out your network.
  • Ensure job descriptions and adverts are formatted correctly.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience- manage them through the process efficiently and respectfully.
  • Support Talent Acquisition Manager with project initiatives such as enhancement of recruitment process, implementation of new assessment tools etc.
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider HR team in your regions and globally.
  • Drive and champion L&D initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Previous experience within a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen to interact with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Able to easily build relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proven direct sourcing skills for active and passive candidates.
  • Knowledgeable of local market trends and demand for skillsets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable style.
  • Competent with using MS Office applications and application tracking systems- experience using Workday would be advantageous.
  • Fluent in German and English. Additional language capabilities are beneficial.
