As part of our growth plan, we have a unique opportunity available to join our team as a Talent Acquisition specialist. We are looking for a capable and resourceful recruiter to pro-actively source nursery practitioners. We are seeking for someone who has or wants to gain a good understanding of proactive sourcing and resourcefulness when it comes to niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Also, we’re looking for the following:

  • Driven and motivated and always willing to try again without being discouraged by a no from a candidate
  • Identify, develop and maintain a large network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidate pools
  • Passion for recruiting, and happy to get hands-on when needed
  • Good understanding of Early Years Sectors to source candidates would be helpful but not necessary
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates, introducing them to career opportunities at our nursery and generating interest in joining our team
  • Engage candidates in meaningful conversations to assess their qualifications, experience and interest in working in early years sector
  • Understand the hiring needs and priorities, share insights from cold calls and coordinate follow up actions
  • Develop compelling & visually appealing content for social media platforms including job postings, graphics, videos, to showcase our nursery as an employer of choice
  • Manage and maintain active profiles for the nursery on relevant social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter

This role could be filled by an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking for a new challenge.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent client communication, time management, and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in cold calling or recruitment can be a plus but is not required
  • A driven and enthusiastic person willing to try again and again
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and terminology
  • An interest for early childhood education
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
