  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and adapt to workload fluctuations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to evolving and competing priorities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Willingness to work in the Regina office and travel occasionally as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record check

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in meeting our clients’ needs by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across Canada and the US. Additionally, you will enhance the employee experience through onboarding, training, and providing resources to address employee inquiries, needs, programs and policies. This position is based in Regina headquarters and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with our company culture and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and online platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to deploy healthcare and safety professionals to client project sites.
  • Coordinate training initiatives, maintain HR records, promote workplace culture, and serve as a resource for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.
